• Children under the age of 7 will not be admitted to the venue. Children aged 7 and above must have a ticket.
• Activities take place at Side Ancient Theatre. Seats are not numbered.
• Food & beverages and professional audio & video recording devices are not permitted in the venue.
• You must submit your ticket at the entrance of the event venue. Services for re-printing/delivering lost or forgotten tickets are not available.
• The Combined Ticket is valid for all events during the Festival. Keep your Combined Ticket throughout the festival. The Combined Ticket is required at each event entrance.
• Refunds or changes are not available.
• The organization reserves the right to deny entry to the venue and return the ticket.
• The organisation reserves the right to make changes in the program.
